To perform any administrative action in your Colony, open the Administration area:

Inviting a User to your Colony
To add a new user to CloudShell Colony:
- Open the Administration area.
- Click the Users tab.
- At the top-right of your screen, click Invite User.
- From the dropdown list, select the space to which you would like to add the user(s).
- Enter the email address(s) of the user(s) you wish to invite. You can add multiple users to your space by adding a comma separated list of email addresses.
- Click Send Invitation.
The invitation is sent.
Updating User Roles
By default all new users join CloudShell Colony as space members. As an administrator you can always edit the role of the user.
To update the role of a user:
- Open the Administration area.
- Click the Users tab.
- For the relevant user, in the Role column, select the required role.
The role is updated.
