To perform any administrative action in Colony, open the Administration area:
This page is only available to System Administrators.
Adding a New Space
To add a space to your community:
- Open the Administration area.
- Click the Spaces tab.
- In the top right corner of the Spaces dashboard, click +Create Space.
- Enter your Space Name and click Next.
The new space is added to the bottom of the Spaces list. - Next, associate cloud accounts to the space, as explained in Associating a Cloud Account to Spaces.
Deleting a Space
- Open the Administration area.
- Open the Spaces page.
- In the relevant space's row, click the Actions menu, select Delete.
A popup window is displayed. - Enter the space name and click Yes.
The space is permanently deleted.
Renaming a Space
- Open the Administration area.
- Open the Spaces page.
- Hover over the space's name and click the Edit button.
- Specify a new name for the space and click Save.
The space is displayed with the new name.
Managing a Specific Space
- Open the Administration area.
- In the relevant space's row, click Manage.
CloudShell Colony takes you to the selected space's Settings page.
