Sandbox errors can be related to artifacts packaging, delivery and installation.
To troubleshoot artifacts, access the compute instance’s artifacts folder. For instructions on remotely connecting to the relevant compute instances, see Connecting to Compute Instances Using SSH or RDP.
Check whether all the required files are in the artifacts folder. The path to your artifacts folder is saved in the environment variable ARTIFACTS_PATH. All environment variables are saved to a file located in /var/log/colony-vars-[app name].txt.
- In your troubleshoot session, print the content of the file that holds the environment variables.
For instructions on how to print the file, see Simulating the Application Environment Variables.
- Identify the value of the ARTIFACTS_PATH.
- Access the artifacts folder according to the found path to verify that all required files are there.
